This is a great app! I really like how the questions engage you during the live events, and also the prizes you can win. So far Ive won two gift cards and I plan on continuing to play. Some of the previous reviews mentioned they had a hard time redeeming prizes but I didnt have a problem, I even received an email from the company with instructions on how to get the prize. I definitely plan to continue playing!

The app itself is fun and user friendly. Where it falls short is the communication and follow up by its administrators. I have seen several people complaining that they didnt get their rewards/prizes on the chat board. And my own experiences have been similar. They are rude when they communicate and seem to take no responsibility for their own mistakes.

Lots of features and lots of ways to win. Ive never had troubles getting my prizes or replies.

I won multiple fast finger questions the sent me 3 codes for prizes out of the 5 I think I likely won. They later sent me an email saying I can only redeem 1 out of the 5... I would of taken more time to answer the questions (maybe logged on to Wikipedia and done some research) and had a better chance to win the grand prize. I didnt see anywhere you could only claim 1 prize. Screw this

Unfortunately this app has turned from great to good to now just bad. Their customer service is about the worst Ive ever dealt with. Email returns are slow, if youre lucky enough to get one, and prizes have taken months to arrive at times. Also, they claim to be growing, but in-app purchases have stayed the same price while giving you less PowerUps. The prizes have gone from $1000s per month with great prizes to gift cards. It is more difficult to win without purchasing extra PowerUps. And again, they make frequent changes that dont benefit us players and poorly communicate those changes. Still, the app is addictive and gives "free" stuff away. I will improve my rating when I see the prizes start to return to the value they once were and when customer service improves.

App will not launch on iPhone 4 since the latest update.

This app used to work really well and I used to be able to play it all the time. Now it wont even load the data in order to answer questions in the contests. Since the last update I havent been able to play at all. If I dont get a working update soon, Im going to remove the app.

Ive been using this app for a few months now. The UI is smooth and the game play is fun. The questions they ask are relatively easy. The game is about accuracy of you answer and quickness when a question pops up. And, BEST of ALL, They ONLY ask the questions during commercials of the events. So, You dont miss any of the event that you are watching. I have won prizes with this app. They pay promptly and easily. No problems so far. I recommend this app. To everyone!
